Is the initial consultation free?

Yes. Your initial HLC Hair Systems consultation is free. Discuss the look you want, suitable system options and the practical costs before choosing a package. Use the online booking form below to choose your clinic and available time, or call the team on 020 7377 0727.

What is a non-surgical hair system?

A hair system or wig provides hair coverage without a surgical procedure. Colour, texture, density and style are discussed around your preferences. It covers hair loss; it does not treat its underlying cause.

Do you offer hair systems for men and women?

Yes. HLC Hair Systems offers hair replacements and wigs for men and women. Bring photographs of styles you like and explain the coverage you want so the team can discuss available options.

What is included in the £450 self-fit package?

One hair system or wig and a kit for fitting it yourself. Ask the team to confirm kit contents and care instructions. In-clinic fitting, cutting and maintenance are separate services, with fees confirmed before booking.

What does the £500 single system include?

The price is for one hair replacement system or wig. Discuss colour, texture and style during your consultation. Fitting and cutting options are available; their inclusions and fees are confirmed with the team. Maintenance is separate.

How does the £900 annual package work?

The package provides three hair replacement systems or wigs over one year, equivalent to £300 per system. Confirm the replacement schedule and any fitting or cutting fees with the team. Maintenance is additional at £90 per appointment.

Is maintenance included in any package?

No. Maintenance is charged separately for every package, including the self-fit kit, single system and annual offer. HLC Hair Systems maintenance is £90 per appointment. The team will confirm what your maintenance appointment covers.

Can I have my hair system cut or styled?

Cutting and styling options are available. Discuss your preferred length and shape, and confirm whether the appointment is part of your fitting or a separate service. Fees and inclusions are agreed before you proceed.

How long will a hair system last?

There is no single lifespan that suits every system. Material, attachment, wear and your care routine affect replacement timing. Ask the team for guidance on the system you choose, including upkeep, activity and replacement planning.
