Pharmacists & professional details
Know who stands behind our pharmacy partner and what to confirm before your appointment.
Who is the prescribing pharmacist at Letter Box Pharmacy?
Letter Box Pharmacy lists Amir Adam as its prescribing pharmacist, with GPhC registration number 2070395. These are the pharmacy partner’s published details. Ask the team to confirm who will assess you and, where relevant, prescribe for your particular appointment.
Who is the superintendent pharmacist?
Letter Box Pharmacy lists Girishbhai Manoobhai Patel as its superintendent pharmacist, with GPhC registration number 2025710. The pharmacy’s registration number is 9012930. Its registered address is 4 Brick Lane, London E1 6RF; Brick Lane Clinic appointments are at 6 Brick Lane.
How can I check a pharmacist’s registration?
Use the General Pharmaceutical Council’s public registers to look up a pharmacist by name or registration number, or a pharmacy by its pharmacy number. The registration links on this page and in the footer give you a starting point. Ask for the name, role and registration of the professional responsible for your appointment.
Will the same practitioner provide every clinic service?
Your practitioner depends on the service and appointment you arrange. Pharmacillin skin and aesthetic consultations, HLC hair-loss enquiries and HLC Hair Systems fitting or maintenance are different services. The pharmacy’s published leadership details do not mean that either named pharmacist personally performs every procedure or fitting. Confirm the practitioner with the booking team.
Who owns Letter Box Pharmacy?
Letter Box Pharmacy publishes XRP Health Ltd as its owner and operator, registered in England and Wales under company number 13961391. The company’s registered office is 4 Brick Lane, London E1 6RF. The published pharmacy ownership and professional information is also available in the website footer.
Consultations & clinic services
Choose the right conversation before deciding on a treatment or package.
What can I discuss in the free initial consultation?
You can discuss Pharmacillin skin and aesthetic enquiries, HLC hair-loss therapy including laser and PRP enquiries, or HLC Hair Systems. The free initial conversation helps identify the appropriate next step. Treatment, prescriptions, further assessments and ongoing care are separate where applicable. Confirm the appointment type with the team before visiting.
What are the three main services at Brick Lane Clinic?
Brick Lane Clinic brings together Pharmacillin for pharmacist-led skin health and aesthetics, HLC Hair Systems for hair replacements, wigs and upkeep, and HLC Hair Loss Clinics for hair-loss assessment and treatment enquiries. Letter Box Pharmacy provides a separate route for prescriptions, NHS services and everyday pharmacy support.
Is Pharmacillin a consultant dermatologist service?
Pharmacillin provides pharmacist-led skin consultations and aesthetic enquiries. This is distinct from an appointment with a consultant dermatologist. Discuss the concern, the scope of the appointment and who will see you. The appropriate next step may include advice, suitable care or GP or specialist assessment.
Can I ask about laser hair therapy and PRP?
Yes. Tell the team that you would like to discuss HLC hair-loss treatment pathways, including low-level laser hair therapy or platelet-rich plasma (PRP). Suitability, the practitioner, current availability, the proposed course and costs are confirmed individually. An enquiry does not guarantee a procedure or a particular result.
What is the difference between the two HLC services?
HLC Hair Loss Clinics covers hair-loss assessment and treatment enquiries. HLC Hair Systems provides hair replacements, wigs, fitting and styling options. A system gives coverage; it does not treat the underlying cause of hair loss. Explain your goal so the team can arrange the right initial conversation.
Can I also get help with prescriptions and pharmacy services?
Contact Letter Box Pharmacy for repeat prescriptions and delivery, Pharmacy First, medicine advice, eligible NHS services, vaccinations, health checks and other pharmacy enquiries. Eligibility, availability and charges depend on the service. These services are separate from private clinic procedures and hair-system packages.
Aftercare & hair-system maintenance
Understand the support, instructions and costs that follow your appointment.
What aftercare should I discuss for skin or aesthetic treatment?
Ask the responsible practitioner for treatment-specific instructions, what to expect afterwards, any planned review and who to contact with questions or unexpected symptoms. Pharmacillin describes aftercare and a route back to the clinic as part of its consultation approach. Confirm the arrangements and any follow-up charges for your own treatment before proceeding.
Who should I contact with an aftercare question?
Follow the contact instructions supplied by the practitioner who assessed or treated you. For help identifying the right team, call 020 7377 0727 and explain the service, appointment date and question. If the concern needs urgent medical attention, use the appropriate urgent-care service rather than waiting for a routine booking response.
What care guidance should I ask for with a hair system?
Ask about products suited to your particular system, fitting and removal, cleaning, styling, activity and when to arrange a review. For the self-fit package, confirm the kit contents and instructions before taking it home. Agree which steps you can manage yourself and which need an appointment with the team.
Is hair-system maintenance included in a package?
No. HLC Hair Systems maintenance is £90 per appointment and is separate from the £450 self-fit package, £500 single system and £900 annual offer. The annual offer provides three systems over one year. Ask the team what a maintenance appointment includes and confirm any fitting, cutting or styling charges separately.
Are hair-loss therapy reviews included in the consultation?
A free initial consultation is a starting conversation, not an all-inclusive treatment course. Ask for the proposed therapy, session schedule, progress reviews, aftercare arrangements and full costs to be explained before deciding. Hair-loss therapy follow-up is distinct from the £90 HLC Hair Systems maintenance appointment.

How do I book a Brick Lane Clinic consultation?
Call 020 7377 0727 and mention Pharmacillin, HLC Hair Loss Clinics or HLC Hair Systems. Tell the team what you would like to discuss and, for hair systems, your preferred location. The team confirms your time directly. Opening a booking panel on the website does not reserve an appointment.
What should I bring to my first consultation?
Bring your questions, relevant previous advice, a current medicine and product list, and details of any known allergies or previous treatments. For hair systems, photographs of styles you like can help explain your goal. Ask the booking team if your particular appointment needs anything else.
